Call now Open for Erasmus + mobility PhD students for Winter

semester 2022 at the University of Aegean (Greece)

In collaboration with the University of Aegean (Greece), the University of Ouargla has the pleasure to announce that the call is open for Second/Third year PhD students Nomination for Erasmus+ Mobility.

Participation requirements

In addition to Aegean University (Greece) evaluation criteria, the applicants from Ouargla University have to meet also the following minimum requirements:

1.  Not have received an Erasmus+ grant or any international mobility

2.       Be currently enrolled as PhD (D2 and D3) at the University of Ouargla, in the following disciplines : Hydrocarbons, Renewable Energies, Earth Sciences and the Universe, New Technologies of Information and Communication, Mathematics and Science of Matter, Science of Nature and Life and Applied Sciences
3.         Have a good match between the research plan in the laboratory of origin and the research fields targeted in the host university
4.        Have good English language skills (Level B2 required) or Greek language skills (Level B1 required)

For PhD Students (01 in Hydrocarbons, Renewable Energies, Earth Sciences and the Universe and 01 in New Technologies of Information and Communication, Mathematics and Science of Matter, Science of Nature and Life and Applied Sciences)

• A certificate of enrolment (Proof of registration at the University of Ouargla
• Copy of Passport
• CV (Europass) in English
• Recommendation Letter
• Copy of last degree obtained
• A proof of English language (B2 Level) / Greek skills (B1 Level)
• Research plan signed by the research
• A CD with all the documents mentioned

إعــــــــــــلان  إنتخابات ممثلي الأساتذة المساعدين

تعلن مديرية الجامعة عن فتح باب الترشح لعضوية ممثلي الأساتذة المساعدين لدى المجلس العلمي للجامعة، كما نعلم المعنيين بما يلي:

1.       الأساتذة المعنيون هم: الأساتذة المساعدين الدائمين الذين في وضعية نشاط بالمؤسسة.
2.      آخر أجل لعملية الترشح يكون يوم الأحد الموافق لـ: 28/05/2022 س 12.00 زوالاً على مستوى مكتب أمانة السيد الأمين العام بمقر المديرية الطابق الأرضي بإيداع طلب خطي من طر ف المعني بالترشح.
3.       تاريخ إجراء الإنتخاب يوم الثلاثاء الموافق لـ: 31/05/2022 على مستوى الأقطاب الجامعية إبتداءً من الساعة 08.30 صباحاً إلى غاية الساعة 15.00 زوالاً وفق الجدول أدناه:

نظراً لأهمية العملية وكون هذه الفئة ممثلة بالمجلس العلمي للجامعة ندعوا الجميع إعطائها الأهمية اللازمة، كما تجدر الإشارة إلى أنه طبقاً للمادة 22 من المرسوم التنفيذي رقم 03-279 لا تصح العمليات الانتخابية إلا إذا صوت عليها 50% من الناخبين المعنيين، و أنه إذا لم يكتمل النصاب تجرى عملية انتخابية ثانية وتصح نتائجها مهما يكن عدد المصوتين.
